9- Compensation :
By using the Service, violating these Terms of Use, or infringing upon the rights of another party, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NBA IPTV, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.
10- Overarching Law :
Without reference to its conflict of law provisions, the laws of England and Wales shall govern and be construed in conformity with these Terms of Use. The sole jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms of Use.
